To respect our time and yours, please review our updated appointment policy: • Cancellations or Rescheduling within 48 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% appointment fee will be charged. This means 50% of the remaining balance of your service will be due. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. After one no-show, you will no longer be allowed to book appointments online. • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Card on File: A valid card must be kept on file.
